Tunnel Reeds
High-precision energy saving tunnel reeds for modern air jet looms
Superior quality fabrics manufactured using high speed looms require excellent quality reeds. Our tunnel reeds ensure proper air flow and pressure values through precise measurement and adjustment using special machinery. Excellent choice for all modern air jet looms demanding high performance and cost-efficiency. Optional features:
- Tunnel dents made of SUS 301 and SUS 402-J2 material is available
- Diamond-Like Carbon coated dents, which are super hard abrasion resistant dents with Vickers Hardness > 3,000
- Conical entry, which has a wider tunnel opening is suitable for weaving multicolor weft yarns

Our tunnel reeds ensure proper air flow and pressure values through precise measurement and adjustment using special machinery. Flat Reeds
Durable flat reeds for diverse fabric weaving
The dent wires material of our flat reeds have just the right balance of flexibility and resiliency to absorb vibrations and shocks during the weaving process, resulting in longer lifespan.
Perfect dent wire alignment is maintained throughout the assembly and bonding procedures. Using very low heat-curing method eliminates any expansion or contraction of wires and frames during processing, resulting in perfectly spaced, straight wires bonded together without internal stresses.
Light-weight aluminum channel construction and bonding compounds results in less strain and power requirements on all the driving parts of the loom.
